  • Can I download the performance report
    Your portfolio performance report is emailed every month. You can check reports at app.maxiomwealth.com/holdings You can also check the dashboard anytime.
  • How do I see the performance planwise
    You can see this in the plans page app.maxiomwealth.com/myplans This data is updated once every day.
  • Can i also see the performance plan in an xls or pdf form?
    Plan wise performance is available on the dashboard app.maxiomwealth.com/myplans The monthly holdings report emailed to you will also cover this shortly.
  • Can you invest on my behalf?
    As a SEBI RIA we are not allowed to do so. However, we give you tech enabled integration with 14 demat accounts to make the investing process simple and click based (with no data entry).
  • What is since inception and active plans
    Inception refers to the day the plan was started. Active plans are the plans which are currently on going (data excludes expired plans).
  • What is a top up?
    Top up is a convenient way to invest more. You can choose the investmenet strategy (jewel, spark etc) and the system automatically calculates the right allocation of units into various stocks and presents for your execution.
  • Where can I download the tax P&L statement
    Please download your tax P&L statement from your demat provider. This is the most authoritative source referred to by all Chartered Accountants. Stocks settled on the last financial day of the year are reflected accurately in the demat provider report.
  • Why is there a mismatch in P&L report between Maxiom and my broker
    A mismatch may occur if some transactions are not shared with Maxiom Wealth. Please email all trade books for all financial years to upload@maxiom.co.in Also contact helpdesk help@maxiomwealth.com in case of any issues.

  • What if I don't share my contract notes or tradebooks
    You run the risk of getting incorrect recommendations because the quantities are not updated. It takes only a minute to download and send your contract notes.
  • What is bill details or trade book? How is it different from contract note?
    These files list all the stock transactions made in your demat account with the price, quantity and trade numbers. Some demat / stock brokers use the term bill details for a tradebook. Tradebook covers upto one year data. Contract notes carry the same information, but for only one given day.
  • Why do you need bill details or trade book
    We need the tradebooks or contract notes to keep your portfolio up to date. Not doing so, may result in incorrect recommendations.
  • Can I open or link additional demat accounts?
    In our advisory model, you can link one or more demat accounts. We map any one of your demat accounts to the chosen investment strategy (eg: Jewel, Spark).
