This happens sometimes to some orders when you have already made a previous attempt to transfer funds. For your security, only one attempt is allowed to transfer funds. In case funds are not transferred then you will see this message "No records found" when you try again.
The solution for this is to place a fresh order. You can tap on "Repeat Order" to place another order with the same fund for the same amount.
Please note that the previous order may have been taken up for processing. If the order was not paid for, then any allotment will be reversed.
-
If you run into issues and are not able complete your order, you can still repeat the order. In the "Pending" or "Under Processing" tabs, select the order and tap on "Repeat Order" to place another order with the same fund for the same amount. If the payment confirmation has been received for the order then you may not see the Repeat button.
Please note that the previous order may have been taken up for processing. If the order was not paid for, then any allotment will be reversed.

The Mutual Fund assumes that you intend to make a payment and hence in good faith, picks up the order for processing anyway. Some investors may pay by cheque which takes a few days to reach the mutual fund's bank.
Please note that this is applicable only for orders less than Rs 2,00,000 value. If payment is not made in time then any units allotted will be reversed. You will not be able to redeem any such units meanwhile.
